CCMR supports the USG GPOI effort across a spectrum of capabilities, ranging from traditional institutional capacity-building to development of education and training programs centered on senior leadership (both civil and military), instructor cadres, and functional area specialists. Central to this base of expertise is the Center's robust history of providing global programs of education and training to friends and allies in every region of the world.

Tier I Support—Institutional Capacity-building
CCMR programs provide peace support operations (PSO) program design assistance, curriculum development assistance, as well as instructor education and training. Courses include:

• GPOI Program Evaluation and Implementation Assistance
• Initial and Senior-level PSO Instructor Training Course
• GPOI Expanded Seminar Series

Tier II Support—Functional/ Mission Specialist Support
CCMR can support GPOI goals through the immediate delivery of a number of Functional Area or PSO Mission Specialist Courses. These courses are available for delivery at selected sites in the United States, regional PSO Training Centers or, bi-laterally in designated GPOI participating nations. Courses readily available include:

• Multinational Logistics Course
• Planning Peace Operations
• Courses in other Areas: UN/Multinational Staff Officer Training, National Contingent/Tactical Commanders Course, United Nations Military Observers Orientation Course

Tier III Support—Senior Leader Education and Training
CCMR will support GPOI objectives by providing education and training programs oriented at the senior civil and military leadership of GPOI-related countries. As with Tiers I and II, these programs can be delivered in selected locations within the United States (supporting Combatant Commands needs and scheduling) or, in regional or host nation overseas locations. Examples of these programs that are readily available include:

• Security Building in Post-Conflict Environments
• Executive Program in Defense Decision-Making
• Senior Leader Training for United Nations/Multi-National Coalition PSO
